NASA does not have budget constraint so it can use Larger heavier Rockets with large fuel capacity to go from Point A to B While ISRO uses Innovative method like how it was depicted in the Movie Misson Mangal .

ok let me correct something. Bringing the rocket on cycle and bullock cart and using toilet and other places were not because of money shortage. They did that to make sure other countries don't get to know about it. America kept watching india through their satelites. They even did that when india was testing nuclear weapons.

In nutshell We keep strict vigil on each and every stage of development of a spacecraft or a rocket and, therefore, we are able to avoid wastage of products, which helps us minimize the mission cost.

The first man sent in space wasn't from America...USSR sent the first cosmonaut in space in 1961 Yuri Gagarin....USA was the first to land man on moon..Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin became the only humans yet to touch the surface of moon in 1969.... As for India, hopefully soon we will also have that distinction...maybe next year itself

Feeling proud on the limitations and finding facts on it will only extend the limitation further. Budgets aside, NASA is still the same Space Agency that sent Neil Armstrong along with other astronauts who set foot on the surface of the Moon. And than there's Space X with the Resuable Rockets technology.

3 things helped NASA to become no.1. 1. Almost unlimited budget. Money is always the biggest enabler in the world. 2. Thanks to its unlimited budget, NASA can afford to hire any talented person from anywhere in the world. Other space agencies can't do that. They have to be content mostly with homegrown talent. 3. Competition puts a sense of urgency and also is a great motivator. NASA and Russian space program grew leaps and bounds during era of competiton, until russian space program nearly fell out due to collapse of USSR. Till USSR was there and funding the space program, it was leaps and bounds ahead of NASA. ISRO has stated that it is in no such competition and will take its own sweet time to do things

Video dhyan se nahi dekha.....NASA is more into Exploration & Research- explores the unknown in air and space, innovates for the benefit of humanity, and inspires the world through discovery (basically exploring our universe and beyond, kis kis planet pe zamin kharid sakte hain future mei, kahan par hamari jaisi aabadi hai, universe kahan tak faila hai, etc)......defence related launches bhi honge NASA ke. ISRO local market mei hai...development-oriented missions like communication, weather forecasting satellites, telecom, defence etc..jo aam Zindagi se judi hain.........ab exploration bhi target pe aaya hai - Adiya Yaan / Gagan Yaan / Shukra Yaan etc. in future budget bhi zyada hoga ..... phir US ki economy $25 trillion Vs India $3.5 - 4 trillion.

India ne NavIC satellite system designed by ISRO launch kiya hai jisme 8 satellites hain (7 currently working). Work on it started in 2006 aur completion 2018 mei hua. Iska aim - to provide more accurate domestic navigation for Indian users. GPS ki chutti ho jayegi, once full access is provided to Indian public. iska 2 parts hain - Standard (for general public - kuch handsets isko support karte hain ....not widely in use) and Restricted (shaayad use kiya ja raha hoga in Defence, Logistics, Disaster Management etc). Indian government had made it compulsory for all smartphones to install NavIC by January 01, 2023.....ab US system ki 'MAJBOORI' nahi rahi is field mein.

Sabse bada difference jo cost mein aata woh cost scientists India mein Isro ke head ki salary Rs.2.5 -3. 0 lakh per month ke beech mein hai aur USA mein Nasa ya Aerospace scientists ki salary 8cr-12cr hai. Uske baad jo ancillary companies jo samaan banati India mein US ke comparison mein unki cost kaafi hoti. Reason wohi human resource ki cost India mein bahut jyada kam USA ke mukaabley.
