Your dreams will be fulfilled very soon as Pakistan economy reached into such a state from where, recovery is almost impossible unless a very economically strong nation does not help Pakistan to recover. One Imran Khan was enough to accelerate Pakistan downfall. Just think, when Pakistan will be officially bankrupt,how many parts,it can be disintegrated. Disintegration is now inevitable unless something extraordinary power helps Pakistan. As I closely watched Pakistan economy for a decade, now I am sure that Pakistan is in the brink of disaster and without any war with India, Pakistan will be divided into two three parts.

This is 23 Rd time of Pakistan going to IMF. India went only once in 1991.Then Manmohan Singh(then finance Minister & P.V.Narsinghrao then P.M) brought economical reforms. All though so many P.M.& ministers changed from 1991,policies & reforms were not changed.It was as continued as decided by Manmohan Singh & Natsinghrao.As per economical experts in India , India is lacking 15 years behind, in compare to China.Unfortunatly we didn't elected Any majority Government from 1989 to 2014.It was 25 years period.It is huge period.Coliation governments don't take any major descisions or can not bring reforms.Otherwise we would have been 10/12 TRN dollars economy.

But India is also a democratic nation and before going to take any action, Govt always used to think the impact of such decisions. China doesn't have such accountability to it's people. For example, before Beijing Olympic,all beggars in Shanghai City and big cities,beggars were arrested to show China as developed nation. It is never possible in a democratic nation. China easily take over lands for industrial purpose without caring the sensitivity of the people but not possible in a democratic nation. They think always overall economic situation without understanding the status of the people. They easily kill Uighur Muslims and none challenge such killings in their courts. If anyone goes to Court against Govt,he will be missing in the very next day. No media will dare to highlight such missing or killing incidents. That is China.

Higher Debt to GDP ratio is not that bad if the debts are used for productive purposes. Japan has debt to GDP ratio of more than 230 but it is one of the richest country. Pak's problem is not high debt to GDP ratio, but the debts are used for consumption or defense epurposes.

Absolutely correct in terms of economics. Also higher debt to GDP is ok when source of income is too high specially such income is not dependent on say tourism or agricultural outputs as these sectors are highly dependent on international political situation or weather which may go wrong way at any time means dependent on certain factors not within the hands of local government always. Pakistan has used all it's foreign loans into consumption or purchasing defence equipments to have parity with India consequences of which, they must have to suffer today or tomorrow. They never wanted to understand that Pakistan can't compete India economically and hence it cannot compete with India militarily too unless a very strong Nation like USA solely bear the cost of such defence expenditure. USA earlier gave aids to Pakistan for fulfilling it's own interest just like USA is now offering same free aids and assistance to India again to break Indo Russia ties. But we must not dependent on free aids and gracefully refuse to accept such free aids. Freebies will handicap us in the long term. We want trade not aid.

Japanese debt to GDP ratio isn't problem. Japan has 2 trillion foreign reserves more tha foreign loan And for domestic borrowing govt can always print currency. But problem is rising inflation. Japan had inflation of 1%. So they can print money with no problem

@@RajSingh-yd8ue Japan has 1.4 trillion dollars foreign reserve not 2 trillion. Printing money will increase inflation in Japan but Japanese Bank charges a fees for deposit, forget getting any interest on deposit like India.

Indian Govt external debt is 44% not as you mentioned. Total debt is 614 billion dollars and size of Indian economy at present is 3.2 trillion dollars. Private debt is not included here and Govt is not accountable to private debt.

External debt increased from 43.1 to now it is 44% . Check this data first before going to any argument. Govt debt is only 44% .
