Reason of transporting water from Mumbai to Dubai is because in Mumbai is usually affected with excessive rain and flood and water cannot be dumped into ocean as its level is alreay high from Mumbai city so transporting water in these conditions would be very helpful for both who have excess water as well as for Dubai who always have water scarcity.
