Congrats to India:D The kind of laddu and barfi you guys picked up are two different styles. the indian laddu you got the ‘motichoor’ laddu whereas the pakistani laddu looked like the dough laddu which is a very authentic kind of laddu made from a diff ingredient altogether. Also, for the barfi, should’ve picked up both simple barfi to get a proper taste. I would suggest you to go to al karam sweets for the mithai 😌

Bro Shahveer, visit India for at least a month and taste sweets at each and every state and then compare. Same for Pakistan, visit Pakistan and taste sweet as you won't find traditional sweets and their taste far in Canada. We have taste sweets both from Pakistan directly and being Indian know the taste of my own country. Both have a unique taste. As a way of cooking for both are different. India has a vast collection of sweet by the way. Your taste buds will go crazy. You will find a totally different taste for sweets in each and every state, on top of it in some big states you will find the different taste of sweets in each city. I really like Sohan halwa from Multan which I never tasted in India. Thanks, your sister from India.

Im Bengali and Rasgolla is our GI. I want to tell you that the Rasgolla made by Bengali is very different than the one made in other states of India. So the rasgolla u tasted i think is not the authentic one that we usually eat. But good job
