I am from Mumbai. I did my BBA from Lucknow and I was staying in Chowk. Tunday Akbari Gate Chowk was our most favourite restaurant. Most affordable price and extremely delicious kabab Paratha..... Still remember one guy called Shahid there..... Eating here is absolutely must if I visit Lucknow

Great that you noticed the 'khushbu'..kababs, biriyanis etc in Lucknow always have 'khushbu ke masale' added..focus on ilaichi, jaifal, javitri and kewra water.. Similarly biriyani uses strained Yakhani so that no masala comes into the mouth, only flavour and aroma. Then milk is added to Yakhani to make it even milder. Even in India, lot of people don't like Awadhi biriyani but for us from Lucknow, there is nothing like it.

But in tunday kabab they use something different for aroma and smell. Somewhere I heard that they use 'patthar ka phool' for aroma in their kababs. I think Yahya bhai from globercenter KZbin channel told us in his vlogs.

@@NomanKhan-kz9rw Pathar ke phool etc are very standard ingredients. Infact the Awadhi alternative to a garam masala blend is 'Lazzat e Taam' which includes it anyways. It is available a grocery stores.

Meray dada jaan aur pardada likhnow mein as far as i remember Hazrat Ganj ke paas rehtay thay . They were originally from Allahabad, Chile. My grandfather used to tell me so many stories about Allahabad and Lukhnow. Aaj jab vlogs itnay majood hain magar meray dada nahi rahaye unko woh sab cheezein dikhata jinkay woh qissay sunatay thay.

This is one of the best videos you have ever produced. Lot of people comparing lucknow food with karachi food . That is incomparable because after partition people from all over the India migrated to Karachi 4 carore people are living in Karachi and every area has distinct taste many areas was named after their places in India . Like banaras, gawaliar, Hyderabad colony etc so you can find many tastes in Karachi from different part of India and there is one more taste which is blend of all these tastes and that it karachis identity. My family was migrated from MP jabalpur and I wish I once visit that place .
