Curry Spice Mix Recipe
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Cumin powder 3 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Curry Gravy Masala Recipe
---------------
Onions 8-10 medium
Ginger paste 1/4 cup
Garlic paste 1/4 cup
Curry mix powder
Instructions
1. Blend onion and ginger garlic paste on a high speed first then heat the oil in the pan add onion mixture and sauté for a little bit.
2. Then add curry spices and fry until oil comes out and masala is golden brown.
You can keep the mixture in the fridge for 3 days or freeze it for 1 month.

You’re welcome ☺️ here you go Nihari Masala for 2 servings ---------. ✨Ingredients✨ Roasted spices 2 large cinnamon sticks 1tbsp fennel seeds 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tbsp cumin seeds 2-3 bay leaves 2 tsp black pepper whole 1 tsp cloves 2 mace 2 whole nutmeg 2 tsp mace 6-7 green cardamom 6-7 black cardamom 1-2 star anise Powder spices 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tbsp ginger powder 1 tbsp paprika or Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp cumin powder 2tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp citric acid

Wasalam and thank you 😊 don’t buy regular pressure cooker invest in electric ones. You don’t have to buy the instant pot brand cosori ninja also have many options👍🏻 and if your family is more than 4 person then buy 8 qt other wise 6 qt 😊
