Like in my city many places are misspelled, but that doesn't mean we are right.. Fortunately i spell all of them correctly as im logical and educated.. Example Mary Company, is misspelt as Mari kampany or McRobert as Makravat

Aloo ki sabzi with jalebi and Garlic ki kheer is a genuine thing. Though its not popular throughout the land but IT does exist. Aloo sabzi+ Jalebi is actually very popular in Mathura and perhaps some other surrounding cities. I haven't tried it so i wont be quick to judge it but people there apparently love it so it must have some merit. Garlic kheer on the other hand is not something you find often, its actual name is Benami Kheer and it originated in the royal court of Nawab of Awadh(idk the exact year). The kheer was never named as you usually name a kheer after the main ingredient(like chawal ki kheer, sevain ki kheer, etc) , and they wanted to keep the main ingredient a secret(IDK the exact reason why..maybe cuz if people knew it was garlic they ll be judged? ). So Garlic is actually chopped very thinly, boiled along with alum a few times. This takes away its pungency and the remaining garlic slivers resemble almond slivers(but much softer i presume) and then they are used in kheer. Once again its a very very very rarely seen dish and probably only a handful restaurants even serve this anymore.
