Honestly, Ashneer only has money to offer, the largest network of stores he is talking about majorly includes kirana shops which definitely is not their target market. While the other two actually have a network where the E-Bike business can grow. They have Manufacturing experience as well, on the other hand Ashneer's businesses are service based. and also Aman and Anupam have way better reputation in the industry than Ashneer.

I feel Anupam is a man of principles he would let his self respect down for business. I don’t disagree with his decision to move out if he wasn’t respected enough. Peeyush had the best offer and I do not understand why they could not understand that they are dealing with their direct competitor. They could have become the biggest brand but this deal simply crushed them also I do not understand why equity is least respected if somebody is providing higher value and asking for less ownership why it is ignored.
