Update: Hammer ended up pulling out of the deal after shark tank. He didn't go through the deal with Aman and doing much better now. Hammer did more than 2crore/month in FY-2023 and projected to do around 50cr in sales in FY-24. Hammer lifestyle is a brand from Panipat, Haryana.(my city)

Bhai the biggest bottle neck in any gadget company is the supply of the raw materials. He want's aman for his connections with the suppliers. Koi bhi gadgets ko invent nahi karta everyone imports raw materials from china and assembls and rebrand them. His decision of going with aman was right and every other shark was trying to poach him. Even if he would have taken ashneer's offer then he would have gotten only money for 25% but now he gets money, supply chain and industry experience with aman.
