Are there schools they attend to experience before applying for a mechanics job? Are parts available readily and guarantees or warranties? I'm truly amazed at their work ethics! The days before ratchets, ratchet wrenches, air tools. and having clean surfaces to set things on to prevent dirt/rocks contamination and scratches. If this engine was previously rebuilt in the same conditions, it will have such complete damage. Do you work in wind blowing dirt?Day off?
