Merit based selection is the only way forward. Unfair/meritless selection of Chairman, coach, captain and players will always make issues. First of all coach must be from Pakistan (Misbah -batting, mushtaq-spin bowling, wasim and waqar fast bowling). Captain should have 40 plus average in batting. Team must be well balanced. Pak should have Abrar, Yasir or Noman as spinners, one fast bowling allrounder and two fast bowlers (40 plus speed, swing and seam the ball). In Batting proper batters like Huraira and Kamran Ghulam in place of Saim & Agha (so called allrounders and inconsistent). Anyway best of luck
