There is no refund policy in place. I had deposited amount for car inspection but before scheduled time car moved to other city and inspection couldn't be done. But PW forfeited my deposited amount. This is little unfair on the part of Pak Wheels.

Abhi bhi HAVAL H6 pe on hai 7 lacs. BAIC BJ40 pe bhi on hai 5 lacs. According to HAVAL BAIC showroom in Karachi. BJ40 jo 2.0 litre 4 cylinder hai, uska average 5-6 hai city mein. Naya iska model a raha hai jis mein engine change hoga, phir shayad ziyada mileage de per litre.

I recently got my 2015 Honda City inspected through PakWheels CarSure, and the report claimed that the AC was in perfect condition, rated at 100%. However, shortly after, my AC completely failed due to leaks in the cooling coil and suction line, which resulted in expensive repairs. When I approached PakWheels about this, they simply said that the report was 20 days old, which I find unacceptable considering the severity of the issue that should have been detected during inspection. Additionally, the report failed to highlight any problems with the clutch. In reality, the clutch plates had already been repaired by the previous owner, and I ended up having to replace them along with the pressure plate and thrust bearing, leading to further costly repairs. It’s frustrating that such critical issues were missed, and I wanted to make others aware of this experience. Be cautious and double-check before relying solely on these reports, as they may not catch everything, and the financial consequences can be significant.

I got a german car inspected from pakwheels and the person that came didn't know about cc's of the car or whether it had turbo or not. Obviously he didn't know at all about any special features the car had, and it was inspected just like an ordinary car. If the person is not qualified to inspect a german car then pakwheels shouldn't charge premium for it.

This interview is not right, I have done 2 inspections from Pakwheels, 1. there is no ECU check for errors, 2. They deliberately tell the seller to drive the car so that they dont take responsibility of engine/clutch, suspension etc. 3. They miss company repairs. I have had a loss of 1 lac rupee on repairs.
