Recipe: பலாப்பழ கொழுக்கட்டை செய்வது எப்படி l jackfruit Pancakes recipe in tamil
ingredients:
Jackfruit - 7nos
Grated coconut - 1cup
Jaggery - 1cup
Rava - 1cup
Ghee - 1teaspoon
Salt - a pinch
In a mixer, jar adds the de-seeded jackfruit and blend into a smooth paste. Make a jackfruit puri pour this puri into a bowl add a pinch os salt add Rava as required and mix well the batter should not be very thick or tight it should be like a smooth paste. once it's mixed close and keep it aside for 15min.Add grated coconut and jaggery in a Kadai .add 1/2cup water to it mix well keep it on gas and cook on high flame. keep mixing in between and don't let it burn. cool till it gets thick consistency, add it to cool wash the banana leaves and apply some ghee on it make an equal portion of rave mix. Take one portion of the banana leaf dip the fingers into water and spread it into the circular shape. spread the filling into half of the circle fold the leaf into half. Make the gas flame high and keep the banana fills on the plate. cover it with a lid and cook for about 10min. After 10min jackfruit kozhukattai is ready.
