just if anyone doesn't know,raum is easily S tier in term of off tank 10 K health pool with cards that makes him have 25% DR an ult that breaks shields,stun,deal samage all of that in one AOE, and making him god mode stopping any fear stun slow or bump + mobility dealing burst damage to multiple enemies or focusing just one and soul armor not being cauterisable meaning a free heal of 2k hp W/O counting the 200 of armor per soul all of this by doing damage and without making him stop shooting largest mag of the game + second best dps in off tank class easy headshots because the faster the firing rate,the more bulls are shot,the more bulls are shot,the more chances you have to land a headshot all of this paired ith the fact that he can choose between 3 playstyles such as full dr and sprint for hard agressive carry spam ult for crowd controle and no invest in wrecker and healing ALL ALLIES ACCROS THE MAP

or mainly just resil really, its so sad late game raum his ult is basic equally of them lookin down and back up again

I like resil tbh, it can be nerfed a little, but then I think some ults needs nerf as well or just general CC

Resilience / CC is just another thing that it's hard to balance like Cauterize and Healing output but the game should be, at least, consistent: Pip ultimate, Buck Net and other skills have a certain duration that is granted no matter how much Resilience is on the table, it should be the same for all the ultimates and skills, seeing champions having their ultimates turned into minor nuisance is just wrong
