Not only is Fernando not that strong, but the Street Justice Maeve is a hard counter to him. Not being able to put up your shield when low because a flank will execute you with a normal ability that she can reset is just silly.

battering ram used to give cc immunity on dash - so the only way to stop it was with body block I enjoy playing slug right now, but your only win condition is ult

@@Solotive I think it works better for ash because you can still body block the dash. Cant do this for Raum

I think CC immunity during "charge up" would be fine, but not during the actual dash, maybe 0,5 sec of it@@Solotive

I agree. It's far too easy to cripple him during the wind-up whereas it takes just a bit more skill to hit him once he starts running. @@qZarini

They should give champions like Raum and ash cc immunity on their dash talents as well. But to compensate, reduce the DR the talents give by 20% of its original value. This would make their movement abilities actually usable. The thing is, more than half the cast has a form of cc and these tanks’ only movement ability can be countered by any little form of cc.

I disagree, maybe ash since with her you could try to stand in front of her and block but with raum it is 100% a get out of jail free card when he already has really great sustenance, I would say for ash it is op too but as I said there is still like one counter that is eh highly unlikely which means it is just a get out of jail free card

cc immunity on raum would be just absurd, on Ash it would be good to fight other off tanks, but vs every other type of character would be broken

I wish the other two talents shared the consistent 400 dmg like this talent. Granted the projectile is huge, but direct hitting someone for ~280 dmg bc you hit the side of their hitbox feels bad

i think raum and yag had it worse tho, their dependance on mobility is so severe they will die if they ever get sneezed by a cripple or a stun Its just rough having to play with channeling mobility in this game

I think raum has rare situations were he is free and wins the game on his own though, same couldbe said for yago. Though Ash also has moments where she shines, yet no real reason to pick her

@@qZarini Those situations are rarer than what Ash would have to deal with tho, and that Ash can poke fight against bl with slugshot is much better than raum having to account for all that could stop him from doing his thing when ppl has already escaped his effective range I just feel like with raum/yag youd really have to commit to a fight while Ash still has an edge with poke pressure

When there is too much CC for Battering Ram and there is too much mobility or not a good map for shield talent. I also just use it because it's really good to boost ur damage + ult charge

This maeve talent is the most broken thing in paladins in my opinion.

It's not necessarly overpowered since it makes her fights against DPS much harder but it's really frsutrating how is this so rewarding for such a non skillfull mechanic to use, they sould bring back the old Street Justice or even Nine lives talent.

@@isgamelion2227 Maybe a hot take here...but it doesn't make her fights against DPS harder at all. Same TTK as Cat Burglar against literally every squishy. With Street Justice she has to commit a little harder than Cat Burglar, and she has less consistent cooldown resets than Rogue's Gambit. Killing someone with Pounce with Street Justice doesn't reset its nor Nine Lives' cooldown. So if she's already prowled or used Nine Lives, she's potentially just trading. Basically, it's braindead no matter what, it's just a talent that sometimes can't carry as hard, and relies more on picking off people slowly or finishing off the enemy tank to take a point advantage. And that's only because using Pounce for its damage often ends up in trading or feeding the better the enemies are at tracking it (Maeve always bounce backwards with no air control after a Pounce). I hate Street Justice. It's not "overpowered" or broken it's just really unfun to play against. I hate playing against people that will feed their advantage just to secure a kill on me or a teammate. It's like...how often do they get rewarded for that behaviour? The worst part is if Maeve is carrying with Street Justice...she probably would have with any other talent. It's tilting because Maeve is countered pretty hard by most of the tanks in the game, so she has a talent that functions as an insurance policy against the easiest way to deal with her--have a chunky person bodyguarding her flank routes.
