Idk if I’d be a smart idea but maybe they can reduce Armor Plating to be a percent lower than veteran. This way if you want the team to not have as many ults as well as helping your healer by reducing incoming damage then Armor Plating will be perfect, now if you want more tankyness than Armor Plating provides with the draw back being susceptible to Percentage based attacks as well as suffering from trying to heal your health easier

I think what's really ironic about life rip being so low is that it has one of the highest pick rates, I believe it being 4th or 5th with items like chronos, vet, armour plating beating it out by a margin. Personally I don't buy it, but 60% life rip... I can see the appeal.

it's good on burstier champions. I dare say that if they nerf or revert life rip, Tiberius will be unplayable again. But right now it's really damn good for Tib. I assume most flanks would benefit hugely from life rip tbh.

One thing about hoard, If you are very sure you are going to buy the most expensive items on the store, then it is worth it,you can easily already max out chronos and bloodbath/veteran by the 4rth point mark. Very niche, but worth it if you know you want to get the expensive ones

I'll make a case for Bloodbath. I'll agree that on it's own not very good, but when paired with certain characters it works. Tyra for example can benifit from the this with hunting season at 5 and at least 3 primal might using chronos to cut down the time so before ani-healing its over 1,000 hp per kill. IF they hadn't nerfed hunters mark and marked quarry you'd be throwing 2,000 worth of heal for your team while still benifiting off of that, kill or elimination. Victor could do the same just focus on his grenade and ultimate doing wide area damage so team can take the kill and you the elimination still getting healed. Bloodbath works it's just has more benifit to more aoe damage builds. Not an A or S, but when paired right it's at least C or B depending on your build.

Honestly bloodbath goes hard on support champions, especially Grover, Grohk, and Jenos. Think about it: you get a free heal just for your teammate doing what teammates usually do: go in too aggressively for kills. They get heals and you reap the benefits through assists and OoC healing

In casuals it can work but why would you waste prioritizing an item that's expensive, cauterizable, and only actually effective maxed out. You need to stack hoard with it to actually make it useful but still cauterize exists. No one buys bloodbath with those champs. Survivability items and master riding is just better. If you receive no heals from your support simply get life rip if you're a hitscan or get meditation. tho generally and majority of the time armor plating, veteran, rejuv, arcane wardening, master riding is more effective and has no downsides. bloodbath is based on elims and has a penalty, it isn't consistent. it needs certain requirements to trigger.

I mostly agree with your list. I think you have Morale Boost overrated, as you only ult 2-3 times per match. I believe it's only good on people where the ult is a core part of the gameplay, such as Vivian. For most other characters, In the late game it wastes a slot as you are saving your ult to use at a strategic moment and not just blowing it every time it's up. I also think you underrate Blood Bath. As this stacks with other people buying Blood Bath, the more people that buy it, the more effective it is. It's also very good on characters that can easily tag enemies and get assists, such as Kinessa using mines, or Saati getting Ricochet shots. Other than those 2 which I believe are outliers in your list, I mostly agree with everything else.

I think bloodbath should heal 4/8/12% of health and be unaffected of cauterize. It might work for healers, that heal always, but for low amounts (jenos, corvus, grover, when he will be nerfed). With a proper nerf for armor plating, it might divide defensive playstyle into 2 separate branches, you would ask yourself, whether you need more healing or just dr (surely a lot should be tweaked for that to work, but it might also buff healbots as well as utility supports, that lack of heal sometimes, but always apply it)

@@huhjanus , no, you are not, but you didn't consider 12% hp heal, which is 240hp. for a flank char it's a pretty great heal, espetially considering that this heal gave you jenos, that heals 4/5hp per tick with caut 90%. tanks like ruckus, which have at least 4k hp would be healed for 480hp, also pretty good, though not as strong.

No its not. its not worth getting. positioning issue if you need meditation. Morale Boost, Armor Plating, Nimble, Chronos, Master Riding are better.

Feel like sentinels shield should apply to the one killing blowing as well, analogous to blood bath. Alternatively, decrease the numbers and make shield/heal apply to everyone involved in a kill.

@@kemonngo3106yes its bad. there's also way better Lilith items. you're just bad if yoou need bloodbath when you can get blood by healing others. Even meditation is more useful. You would need hoard to fully max out bloodbath. Bloodbath tier 1 is beyond awful for its cost and effectiveness lol and waste of a slot unless its last item but still cauterizable item. You're not supposed to healbot as lilith. She's usually in combat. 💀I bet you use her worst talent aka Cursed Accord. If you die a lot simply get master riding. it has no downsides.

I agree with almost everything from this list, I'll just change trigger scent to bottom A tier because for damage champions its almost a must have item.. 18% for 5 seconds is insanely helpful even not lasting too much because at the endgame armor plating makes everyone tankier and it counters a lot, if you manage to get a single kill its possible to go for a killing spree with some champions, for some flanks its just great too like maeve, evie, koga and others. Its not very niche because at least most Damage and Flank champions can get a benefit.

Items on elims is not good. 💀 its only worth it in casuals. In ranked games perspective you shouldn't be farming unless your a decent player playing low rank lobbies or low elo lobbies. Sure Trigger Scent is the best item based on elims because of its effectiveness since lethality just gives you speed for a few seconds and bloodbath is cauterizable meaning they're pointless but still trigger scent is just a casual play item. A lot of champs don't benefit from it because they don't focus on getting eliminations especially tanks and supports. One of the best meta comp strat is double support and double tank anyways. I never need that item when its the basics that damage should focus on survivability items, hitscans with wrecker, rare occasions bulldozer, chronos or morale depending on the champion, and nimble. if you need it deft hands can be an option too. wasting item slot when damages priority is to deal damage, not to snowball or zone unless your an aoe dmg champ or projectile dmg champ is just not smart. aoe and projectile champs don't benefit from it because of time to kill, they don't spray their weapon shots and aren't hitscan so they can't constantly shoot the enemy quickly. In a nutshell, the only champs who can actually benefit from trigger scent are fast fire rate hitscans in casual matches/ against non-competitive players.

@@a.k.axurai5678 Honestly I agree with you to an extent, while in casual its almost an op item, in ranked its not very useful for higher ranks, but 5 seconds per elimination is something to be considered because you can quickly get another kill if you are fast or good enough to land shots, you are more likely to snowball with this buff than just playing normally. My double and triple kills increased so much after playing this, because unless I'm playing against a Master team, even diamond is great to get a killstreak, it also breaks most damage reduction build which most people don't consider. Try playing Lian, Viktor, Drogoz or other champions to see how easy is to get killstreaks with this item at level 2 or 3.

Arcane Warding & Sentinel are too niche compared to Armor Plating and Unbound Guardian should also affect deployable so more characters can use them Lethality need to be 5s like how Sentinel and Trigger Scent which also last 5s Bloodbath need more buff Trigger Scent should also affect abilities since only affecting weapon just made Armor Plating more mandatory 2:10 seems like editing error. im lower tier just started playing, but I play mostly viktor. My starting build I've been running, I will pick up Hoard, Nimble, and Deft at the start of the game depending on enemy team. I will build tanky sometimes depending how many dmg they have (keeping deft as core). I just love deft. I play PC.

So I got curious myself and did some testing and it seems that Blastflower and Trigger scent stack additively together resulting in 98% damage boost, 500 + 98% = 990, which is what I got in the shooting range, so no diminishing returns there, which is neat

Did 188k damage lol, that combo hits really hard especially on the enemy tanks raum and khan and even against maeve in some chances.

I want to like Bloodbath/Kill to Heal but it's so damn useless! I have matches with over 20 assists where I got it first buy and it still didn't go past 2k healing. It's just forgotten but whenever it activates when I kill an enemy for a teammate it suddenly feels good to have it.

I don't like the current way the cauterize mechanic works, since it's free i feel like it should be worse than the item perhaps 80 instead of 90 at max, also i feel like 1.5 seconds on any weapon hit is insane for characters with machine guns since they can just keep cauterize up constantly

It works against it. 90% caut + reju3(30%more healing)= 60% caut. Sounds weird but its how the game works. Other healing received cards works the same way and it stacks accudate

It depends a lot on the enemy comp, say you are a tank so you need the classic armour plating, unbound, rejuvenate, then you won't be able to buy chronos or morale boost or nimble, maybe it just depends on the character you play

@@wackywoowar9249 weirdly enough ever since the cc split i find myself buying cc items way less often. like my item priority rn on most characters is veteran + armor plating cuz those items when paired together are broken af (unless im up against percent based damage, then i usually end up buying either arcane warding or like life rip or smth) and then my next priority is like chronos/morale boost/etc for characters those kinds of tems, then the last thing i buy is usually like unbound/sentinel/nimble or whatever.

and to add on to what i said, as far as characters go, i play pretty much everything. tanks, dps, flanks, supports. i pretty much just play whatever i think my team needs. idk maybe it's partially because most of the time i usually gravitate towards buying the expensive items first. cuz i pretty much always buy either armor plating, veteran, or chronos first. or some other 250+ credit item. cuz no matter what character you play, hoard will always help you if you're buying other expensive items.

lmao when life rip is only worth it on hitscan champions with a fast fire rate or a champion whos dps comes from mostly shooting weapon . 💀 deft hands.. just reload your weapon, some benefit from it tho. sentinel is rarely useful. trigger scent is based on elims meaning its not consistent. not all champs can consistently get elims nor you should be farming elims unless you're facing inexperienced players, it really only benefits on champs with fast fire rate and hitscans. still not worth it. armor plating can counter it too since trigger scent only benefits with weapon shots. shields and double supports exists as well.
