¾ kg meat, 1md onion, 1md garlic, 1md tomato, 1ts salt, chili powder, coriander powder each, ½ ts turmeric powder and cumin seed each. Spinach and fenugreek ratio 2 : 6, ½ cup cooking oil.

This is a great tutorial. I've struggled making palaq gosht for years and this video taught me WHY: I was buying the spinach from American grocery stores and it is NOT the same!! Buying from a Pakistani store makes ALL the difference! Also, I learned that you really have to cook the spnach for a while and borderline fry it a bit with the meat at the end to really get that delicious unique flavor that only our cuisine has. THANK YOU!

It’s 2024 and I still comeback to your videos Baji. I started watching and making your food recipes about 8/9 years ago and still am a fan of yours. I know there are hundreds of channels now and so many recipes but you remain my favorite. Thank you for making my cooking taste delicious over the years. I have received many compliments from people on dishes that I have cooked from your recipe. I am now 31 years old and intend to pass down your channel to my children if they need references for cooking. Alhamdullillah. JazakAllah❤

I have tried this once . My husband and i loved it!. Cooking this again today .IA. Bajia, Jazakillah khair! I have tried some of your other recipes too . Your cooking channel is the most reliable one for me because everything turned out good so far. Not only are you a good cook , but your instructions are precise and your style is easy to follow. Thanks for your services Bajia. I have learned a lot of dishes from you and every dish was so tasty. I got heart attach in the age of 28 just because my system was not use too of pizzas and western food. I am getting my health back since I am back to our traditional dishes. Your services are very important for many people.

yakeen mane bajia mujhse bada aapka fan koi nahi hoga...maine aapki sari recipe almost try ker li hai...mai is wakt ghar se bahut dor ho(newzealand) magar aapke tareka ka khana try kerne se ekdum ammi wala khana banta hai. jazak ALLAH...u r also same like my aapi.

@JIMKOR its not possible that the meat is cooked and tomato and onions are not desolved. did you pressure it ?

@cupidtalk great, always keep kasoori methi at home, you can add 2-3 tbs of that if fresh is not there. palak by itself has a lovely taste

eak aur sawaal likh do achari gosht ke liye. main subho soch ker btaoon gi kya kerna hai. sookha sookha bhuna sa hota hai. boonne ke waqt dalna hai sonf aur kalongi. 1-1 tbs

People make it! i have never made it. make masala the way i have made for Lobia, less ginger garlic! bohot thora eak tukra lehsan aur us ka bhi aadha adrak. i md onion one large tomato, bhoon, add aaloo, palak and methi, 2 palak, 1 methi. cover cook, dry, bhoon. sabut dhanya aur zeeza mota mora koot ker opper chirak lo. Good luck

So easy to make, thanks. I am trying it today for the first time and I don't have all the spices, I just added garam masala which includes most of them. I also added curd to make is more consistent.

Bajia I made this with chicken coz I didn't have red meat. I used same masalay and also frozen spinach. It turned out delicious. First time I've cooked spinach. Thank u so much.

Assalaamaliekum baji,jazakallahu khair for your recipes...Aapki maine gobhi gosht aur choti both banaya tha..it was awesome Alhumdulilah. Kabhi bhi palak gosht nahi khaya but try zaroor karungi in sha Allah.

Thank you so much, abi main ne khaya nahin, palak ziyada pasand nahin, kal daal thi, bhujiya aur bhindiyan, dinner per, gher walon ne kha-e palak. chawal ubale, sab ne shor daal diya, ko-e nahin khata, phir jaldi jaldi rotiyan banaeen :)

Nice recipe, I used fresh spinach as I had bought it already and it turned out very nice, was even nicer the next day! It made a nice thick gravy.

@sweety3102, banaya tha achar gosht bara he bura bana :( record bhi kiya per edit naheen kiya. jaise merzi gosht bana lo aur us main kalonji aur sonf moti moti koot ker daal do achari ban jaye ga.

I really found the tip that Indian palak makes a difference in taste very interesting - as it's true- palak dishes cooked with supermarket spinach never taste like home! I will try that.

Samjhi nahin kiya kehti ho? Yani oil ooper nahin aata?? Could be 2 reasons, onions too much or bhoona kam, md aanch bhoon for longer. dekho try karo batana.

Pyari Baji Bara he mazay ka jawab dia hai aap nay...Aap kee baaton say Faisalabad kee khushbu aa rahi hai. :)) .ALLAH Na karay mein is chamchay pay koi buri nazar rakhoon (Buri Achi kya, bhai Nazar rakhna he mahaal hai aisay nikhray Husn walay BETAAJ Chamchay pay) Agli baar garmion kee chuttion mein aap ko wese he new chamchay laa doon gaa. I am following your all GOLD things..Karray, bracelet etc etc.

Most of the time altering or using substitutes of things in these recipes ends in disaster, that is why there is only a select few recipes on this channel, these are our traditional authentic recipes. Always use indian frozen palak for palak gosht. I dont know any nutrela recipes sorry. The few other recipes i do know are on here already :)

chicken needs no pressure, yes you can make chicken palak check chicken curry recipes for basics to cook chicken

Salam Alykum palak gosht bahot acha bana bada maza aya khane may mye nay apne hat say khud banaya app kay bataye huwe tareeqa say shukriya. Ek bat aur jana chaoong koe aur bahjie kay satha bawonga to kysa rahe ga kun kay yahan kabhie kabhie palak nahe milte dosre milte hie jyse lal sag mat kie bhaji aur ek hie Poi ka saga yah poi ka sag bangladashie ziada khate hien.
