Palak Paneer is one of the most popular foods in Indian cuisine. But we often struggle making restaurant-style palak Paneer at home. Here we have some tips and tricks to make it at home....
Ingredients for palak Paneer:
1. Spinach - 300gm
2. Paneer -200gm
3. Fresh Coriander leaves
4. Green chilies - 2
5. Oil - 2tsp
6. Cumin seeds - 1tsp
7. Chopped onion - 2 medium size
8. Garlic paste - 1tsp
9. Ginger paste - 1tsp
10. Cumin power - 1tsp
11. Coriander power - 1tsp
12. Turmeric power - 1tsp
13. Red chill power - 1tsp
14. Curd - 100
15. Salt to test
16. Fresh cream
Method:
1.First, make a smooth paste of palak , coriander leaves and raw green chilies.
2. Then heat oil in a pan.
3. Add 1tsp cumin seeds.
4. Add Onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin power, coriander power, turmeric power, red chill power, and saute.
5. Then add the smooth paste, cover and cook 5-7 minutes.
6. Add curd, and cook 5-7 minutes
7. Add raw Paneer cubes and cook 3-5 minutes add fresh cream and this is ready to serve.
8. Serve with Ruti, Paratha, Rice, Naan, Jeera rice, etc...
