Ingredients -
One and half cup water boil
Palak leaves clean in water
Cook it for 2 mins in high flame
Coold down
Grind it with 10 TBS of Boiled palak water
Grind for 2 mins
Add Oil
Lasun (garlic)
Onion (pyaaz)
Cook for 2 mins
Adrak Lasun Paste
Mix well
Masala's
Red Chilli Powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Haldi powder
Jeera powder
Shahi paneer masala
Kasuri meethi
mix well
Tomatoes
Cook for 2 mins in medium flame
Palak water
Cook for 2 mins
Butter
Salt
Boiled palak water
Cook for 2 mins
Add palak paste
10 TBS water
Cook for 2 mins
Paneer 200gm
Cook for 1 min
SERVE HOT !
