I would like to do that but still haven't figured out a way to do the same in post. And sometimes owners simply don't have the floor plans with them or do not want to share on an open platform. However, I understand that it would help viewers understand the property's planning much better.

If the construction quality is good and annual maintenance is done regularly then you won't have an issue with leakage. Heat is something which is natural. Higher floors tend to be hotter as heat rises. On the top floor it does get warmer than lower floors. It's something that you have to be ok with.
