@Bobbi Lynn I would sell the mansion, create a fund, and buy a smaller home to be able to afford the maintainance fees, perhaps I will buy a condo or hotel unit in a big city cause those are very easy to manage. This property isn't good for investment.

Gorgeous estate, but not homely enough for me, and too much dark wood. The grounds and landscaping are magnificent and the panoramic views from the master suite are to die for. But I would be worried about the chandeliers falling on my head, also not a fan of the kitchen.

Knowing just a handful of mega mansions and properties like this, I'd guess monthly bills exceed $10k. the landscape maintenance alone can be $5k if that's 28 acres at $175 per acre.

This house is not bad, but not really impressed because dont like too much wood and the house looks more like a Ranch style home. however, outside of the property it looks really nice. You could also have an indoor basketball court since many times it does get too cold and snow in texas during the winter time.
