Well that's not his natural tone of the voice. Since it sounds vintage it was probably put into an el-guitar amp. Another example of this thing could be smooth from Santana. Btw sounds quite cool to me.

TheAtahual Actually Remington Leith's tone is completely natural but he has a little distortion on the output like Julian Casablanca from The Strokes. Remington is such a fantastic singer and front man. This band is awesome live!!!

Well I wouldn't call a tone modified with an overdrive (still with low gain) "natural" since it's modified. With the tone I don't refer to the "height" of his singing but how the voice sound and it's clearly not natural in this song since you can hear low gain and even some reverb. Btw I'm saying they are crap, I'm saying I like it instead since it's quite cool.

My friends and I hung out with them before one of their concerts. Rem rode a scooter around the venue and played a concert in his hotel slippers. Sebastian signed me his autograph and hugged me. there was also a point where he laid down on stage and like leaned on me while he played. it was quite amusing. There was also a point where the whole venue (Was quite small) was very quiet after they played and I told them I was a fan of their parents work and Remington replied with "I like your face" . They're all super sweet and they bring a good vibe to the room. So glad I got to see them.
