Great idea about filling the bowl with salad, eating some, then putting the hot meat mixture in and eating the rest!!!

Cumin is the best one can domto ground beef, it just gives such a nice rich flavor ^^! Togeather with a bit of reintro tahini I use it to hide 1 part chickenliver in 2 parts ground beef! It is awesome ^^

Heyyy, I love your channel so much and you seem to be in the best mood always. How do you know you're ready to reintroduce foods.? I have hyperthyroidism and an unknown autoimmune sitch. Aip has changed my life in a beautiful way. I feel very normal unless I eat chocolate. 😓

Thank you so much Amber!🥰 I didn't start reintros until I was consistently feeling good. The general rule is to do elimination phase 30-90 days before starting reintroductions.

@@RealWorldAIP you're very welcome. 👍🤗 I'm way too scared to reintroduce tomatoes or regular flour. The last time was Thanksgiving last year and my heart was pounding so hard. Gluten isn't good anyway so I don't miss it. ❤ No sesame seeds or almond either. Little flutters occur so I'll stay clean for now. You teach me alot thank YOU.! It's been rough but I'm 10 times better than I was this time last year with a newborn baby and a large family. I'm very very GRATEFUL. 🙌

I love a good taco bowl. I made the queso sauce today, and it is sooo good. I can't wait to add it to my taco bowls! (unless I end up eating it all beforehand)
