What is the difference between a forward and backward knot and a forward knot or backwards knot?

It’s all about the direction you are knotting. Forward knot is knotting to the right direction, backward knot is knotting to the left direction. Forward backward knot is starting the knot towards the right and then doing the second half of the knot to the left, and a backward forward knot is the vice versa. I have a quick video showing the difference on my channel as well, I hope this helps!
