Here is a not so fun fact for you: Civilians die and suffer in war. There are ROE's in place to reduce the suffering - and by all accounts including Al Jazeera the IDF followed them. They did more then they had to do under these rules. In an urban warzone, you have normaly between 8 to 15 civilians killed per enemy fighter. Even if you take the Hamas numbers at face value, the IDF is way below that. Were there questionable actions from the IDF - sure. That happens in war. Should be excuse those? no. But keep it in perpective.
