I'm one of sheikh Jalal's sons, I feel it is important to mention that we are Salafi. The hizb of shamsi has distorted the people's views on Salafiyah and really ruined our reputation. If you support the kuffar over the Muslims then you are not a Salafi. And if you don't feel compassion over deaths of Muslims (whatever their personal aqeedah is) then you are not a Salafi. This guy has no knowledge, no elequent, no logical thinking brain. My ancestors were all major Hanbali scholars, we had some issues with graves in the past where sufiyah ghulat used to swear by my grandfather, and they used to make tawaf around his grave and prostrate to it, but that ended a long time ago thanks to my own family stopping them. And Gaza is the most religious part of Palestine no doubt. The people there have so much Iman, and even their laymen are more religious than regular laymen. I'm not even from Gaza (from Jenin) and I say this.

Not conditions in the suburbs of London, Manchester, Chicago or Speakers Corner. They also do not operate in a bubble and have the support of many ulema in Kuwait, Tunisia, Algeria, etc. The ulema are quiet in the Gulf countries, of course, because they risk imprisonment for speaking openly about the obligations of the ummah and the ulema in times like these. The criticism of the rebel groups in Gaza centers on partnership with the Shi@. The Ottoman conquest of Constantinople and the compacts with tribes and communities outside of Islam and the accompanying religious edicts and fatwas surrounding this shows us that over the centuries Muslims have had to contemplate this as well. Shamsi is not discovering something new here, nor is he smarter than the thousands of past scholars that contradict his position. I have often thought Shamsi is mentally ill and unstable.
