Speaking of the "nineteen eighty something", I love how they did Erica's graduation cake. The 198 were perfectly visible, & the spot where the last number would have been was where the slice of cake had been cut. Genius! 👌🏽

I was watching a recent episode that centered on Pops and Adam. As I watched the wonderful Mr. George Segal I noticed that he seemed a little slower. I thought “ Wow... one day he will no longer be with us. What if he were to pass while the show is still on? I wonder if they will cover that on the show... do an actual episode ? Wow.. I can’t imagine the show without Pops showing up.“ A few days later the news reported he died. RIP Mr. Segal... You were one of my favorite characters on one of my favorite shows. You will be missed “Pops” .

Goldbergs show is hilarious! Jeff Garlin and Troy Gentile really crack me up! Haley Orrantia really does good on the Goldbergs. I admire Haley alot. Haley has been bringing tears to my eyes alot. On one Sunday not too long ago, I cried six times that Sunday about Haley. That's how much I admire her. George Segal was cool. I miss him.

Wow, It really doesn't feel like we've been "smothering" and rapping with this timeless family for this long. And I'm just so glad that our "having fun" and not afraid of "Virginia Woolf" actor/Pops will always be awesome to remember. R.I.P. George Segal. Stay safe everyone!

For me, and it is a real shame, with the exception of George Segal and some out of family characters, everyone has become so grotesquely self-obsessed as to be now unwatcheable. In that respect it is rather like Big Bang Theory where pretty much all the characters have outstayed their welcome to the point where you start to hate them without being able to help yourself.

Agreed. Loved the show, but I was actually happy to see it come to an end. It lasted a season or two too long. As teenagers, the kids were enjoyable, but as adults, they were all a bunch of Beverlies.
