AMAZING VIDEO!! helped me get a better understanding of what I'm dealing with. I have a jack that the piston does not go down. I already checked the release valve lever and even manually held it and did not go down. I decided to take the hydraulic bolts off. Right now all 3 sections are empty, hydraulic cylinder, Hydraulic pump, and a bolt that was in the bottom by the wheel which I'm assuming is the hydraulic fluid (yes hydraulic came out from this bolt too). Keep in mind the piston is still up high and wont come down. any info helps. THANK YOU!!!

great info, is the process the same as on your video to add hydraulic fluid to a crown pallet jack?How can i measure the current fluid level without a dip stick

If your Crown pallet jack doesn't have a dipstick, you can measure the fluid level visually through a sight glass or by observing the level relative to a marked fill line on the reservoir. Another suggestion would be, use a thin wire or a straw. Insert it into the fluid reservoir and mark the wet part. Then, compare it with the recommended level. @@PalletJackson ok great the video does not depict a crown pth though, there is no screw like that on top to fill, I am not sure where to fill the oil
