Dear Mr. Hutchinson NP, this presentation was exceptional in the depth of layered nuanced expertise, and the clean uncluttered slides. I have been able to use the content immediately for several pts. in my Rapid Response Nurse area, after listening to you. Some of your key slides also are illuminating (for example, the risk of NSAID and fluid retention, or ability to give S/C Lasix)!. Thank you for your expertise and the calm, focused presentation. Truly: very useful stuff, to all of us in Home Care Support.

The illness trajectory chart is very interesting and informative thank you. I find heart disease in a parent more confusing i ie knowing what to expect than having a parent with cancer that has spread. No one mentions that she could die but with the cancer it was spoken about by the doctors and we knew what we were facing more. The doctors for my Mom with heart failure for years have said she has heart failure .... but now its more advanced no one has told us what to expect! Maybe they dont know
