Interesting! Yes, prices can vary widely depending on location. So, in your case, if you'd rather live in Costa Rica, you may be able to find a better price there. So as long as you stay out of the more expensive areas. I did hear it can get a bit pricey there as well. You may also be surprised to hear that even here in the US, a similar home can be purchased for much cheaper than this one. Again, to your example, location does play a major role in pricing.
