Only America has this. We make a great deal of myths about Europe, like Mallorca, Ibiza, Monte Carlo,but this is way better, more luxurious, more space, better mansions, better beaches, better oceans, better housing

I'd say they all have their advantages. One thing those places have that palm beach doesn't is a lot of elevation change, so better vistas. That being said, living in palm beach is a dream of mine.
