It was my buddies first time really seeing sharks so he had no idea there at the beginning. By the end of the day he was good with them they’re really not that bad unless you start shooting but we definitely didn’t wanna shoot anything around them. Most of us weren’t even bringing a gun for that reason. .

The current was too strong to even use it. It was pulling the marker buoy down so we ended up just blowing the safety sausage when we were headed up.

Had two safety sausages on it, and it was still dragging it down like it was nothing

. Would you rather deal w bad current or bad vis? Both can be dangerous for different reasons. Probably closest I came to dying was current related.

Very heavy. It was still manageable but anymore, and we couldn’t swim against it.

I don’t know how you guys do it with a marker. It was everything that I could do to get that thing down to the bottom hooked into a rock and as soon as I let it go, I was like Superman flying through the water.
