Saya merupakan antara pekerja generasi pertama Di kilang ini dan bekerja sejak dari pembinaan (projek) sehingga pemprosesan yang pertama (commissioning). Saya cukup berminat dalam industri sawit kerana mempunyai pasaran yang sangat luas. Malangnya prof, saya tidak tahu kemana hala tuju kareer saya sebagai operator kilang. Gaji bulanan amat lah rendah. Untuk kenaikan pangkat pula sangat lama. Saya dalam dilema. Boleh kah prof bagi saya nasihat untuk saya dapat memajukan diri dalam industri ini.. Terima kasih..
