Hope you have a good break. It is about time all airports have the same rules for going through security. We did not have to take electronics or liquids out of our hand luggage, nor jewellery. Just had to take our shoes and jackets off. Anita would have been pleased each of our checked in bags were 32 kg!

Our plane was no where near full on the way back....130 with a max of about 300

Re the lower number of UK passengers coming to Mallorca, many people are a bit hard up here with the prices of everything going up so madly (Gas and Electric go up 10% today) and also the anti - tourist protests have ticked off a lot of people here with many thinking that if they don't want us we'll go somewhere where we and our money are welcome.

It’s not just that , the Spanish royal decree ( no less. lol) of demanding bank details and tel nos which are usually associated with a bank account, from hotel guests, to be kept on a Spanish government website, for 3 years, is not only an invasion of privacy but a potential hackers bonanza. It was supposed to be activated by 1st Oct, no delayed until December. The Spanish hotel industry is totally against it too…but this is what puts people off now from ever holidaying in Spain again, plus the huge increase in flight and hotel prices.

If you go into Malaga visit Antigua Casa de Guardia it’s a really old wine cellar, even if you don’t have a drink just poke your head in and have a look, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Steve and Anita.
