14:05 I have one like this from Hausermann's, the Blc. Chief Happy 'Chief.' It is mostly dowiana, warscewiczii, and mossiae. The potting mix that Palmer uses is similar to the mix that I make so it has a little bit of everything. 40:45 I was thinking about getting my first Oncidium like these ones yesterday at J&L, but I couldn't figure out where I would have it. I'm looking forward to the kayak tour. I only know about the Ghost Orchid from Florida.

I’ve seen this hybrid cattleya before and it is gorgeous! I’d love to see it in bloom one day soon! I bought my first oncidium a few months back and it grows well in my warm tent! I can’t wait for flowers! And I’m excited to share the new video of my search for native orchids! I think it will be very informational and have some interesting footage! :)

Thank you Bryan for an amazing tour. Do you have any idea how Palmer orchids waters their vandas? I've noticed that they have some hanging under others and that would normally be a recipe for crown rot.
@OrchidsByBryanАй бұрын
You’re very welcome! Many of the vandas on display were placed for the open house. From what I saw, each Vanda had its own space to grow and breath. You can tell they prioritize airflow which would reduce the risk of crown rot since it would allow water to dry before night!

Hi Bryan. Palmer orchids are incredible so beautiful. The vandas are amazing. The Paphs and every orchid. Did the orchids you bought fly okay on the way ho.e? Definately drive next time. More room for orchids 😊
@OrchidsByBryanАй бұрын
@@karengeorge5959 yes!! Every plant they had was amazing! And the quality was really impressive! Not a single problem! They did survive! All 10 of them! 😂 I don’t know what I would do if I drove, at least flying limits me a bit! ;)
@karengeorge5959Ай бұрын
@OrchidsByBryan 10. That's great. I think you would be in trouble if you drove 😉 😜

I've been put on list for BC Xanadu Orchid. They were sold out. @Melissa-loves-orchids said hers blooms all the time! So I wanted one, plus I love the color of it.
@OrchidsByBryanАй бұрын
@@shirleywilhelm1495 that’s awesome! You can’t go wrong with orchids that bloom all the time! I just bought a Cattleyas Measuriana that should bloom several times a year! And very fragrant too! I love them!
