Scored the Blem rock with 10 mags, threaded barrel, cut slide, and bag in a deal for $599. Now to afford filling those magazines 😂

My hope is the growing popularity of the cartridge will drag more ammo suppliers into the game.

🤣😂🤣 they gotcha 😂🤣🤣 I got my 5.7 rock with 1 mag and a full sized dagger lower BECAUSE I knew that filling 10 mag with 23 ROUNDS at about A DOLLAR PER ROUND would be so expensive, your only going to use two of them and thats $55 to fill 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️

Acro P2 is my goto, but inventory is spotty. Holosun HE509t and HE508T are good options as well.

Stumbled onto your channel from your WPS sling review... nice work here, figured Id comment to help the algorithm. I got a rock late last year on a deal with a halosun 507. Haven't shot it yet and probably will move the halosun elsewhere since this is to big for ccw.

Thank you for the comment. I'd say definitely shoot it once with the RDS before ya move it. It shoots well.

@@Gruntreviews I’m debating about this or the ruger57. My reasoning is because the PSA magazine can work with the ruger57 so my theory is that the ruger LC carbine should work with the PSA magazine. I want to be able to use the same magazine for my carbine. The PSA seems to be a better handgun than ruger57
@Gruntreviews Жыл бұрын
@christhemonkey7867 they are both going to be in the same ballpark on quality. Biggest difference is hammer vs striker fired and the external safeties on the ruger. If you're wanting a carbine in 5.7, you might check out the CMMG banshee or the AR57 as options.
@christhemonkey7867 Жыл бұрын
@@Gruntreviews I’ll probably go to a local range and rent out the ruger57 to get a good feel. If I could I would like to do the same for PSA. If they’re the same in terms of quality then it could narrow my opinion.
@Gruntreviews Жыл бұрын
@@christhemonkey7867 that's probably the best way to do it if you have a range that has em for rent. Only downside to PSA, I don't see a ton of their pistols in rental counters.

Sub to PSA deals via email. The blem Rock with threaded barrel, cut slide, bag, and 10 magazines for $599. I wanted that package. Sold out. Ordered the regular rock for 599. Right after the email came back with those in stock. Canceled my order and reordered the blem deal

You might weigh the buffer and make sure it's coming at the right weight. These things like a super heavy buffer. If it's too light, there's not enough dwell time to let the round load.

I have the same style of pistol, Mine failed out of the box every other round, failure to extract, failure to return to battery, and failure to eject. After a 100 rounds through the pistol, I got the failures down to every 5th or 6th round. The trigger pin was also constantly creeping out and needing to be pushed back in. I was using FN 95, (both red and blue box) 27 gr, FN 97 40 gr, and American Eagle 40 gr ammo. I have thoroughly cleaned the pistol and reset trigger pin, hopefully this will fix the problems.
