I loved the A2 stock. Carried an M16A4 and an M4A1 and I like the longer length of pull and I always just maxed out the adjustable anyway. I never had any issues with it being a fixed stock while flakked up like some people say. I think it comes down to what you shoot the most, I feel like with a lot of stuff trigger time is the deciding factor.

I hated that problem when the hole on top of the carbine buttstock would pull out my beard hairs. I just sanded the edges out of the hole so they won't get caught up. Haven't had a hair pulled since.

That's most companies for ya. Ford did the same thing. When starting up, it's just basic practice to mass produce and build quality from there. Honda and Toyota early cars were cheap ugly junk that over time hase build a reputable company. PSA is doing it right by producing affordable tools and parts. Selling by the mass and upgrading their line over time. Good on them and good for the consumer

Just for clarification, when you say you can change out the hand guard does that mean I could hypothetically change out the entire barrel? I bought a quad rail Sabre upper a week ago and I’m early waiting on it to show up. The only downside is I got the version with the normal nitride barrel rather than the cold hammer forged FN barrel and I’m starting to wonder if I’ve made a little bit of a mistake. Seeing as they actually sell the FN barrel separately I’ve been wondering if it’d be possible for me to upgrade to it later? And is there really that big of a difference between the nitride and chf FN barrel? I’m very new to AR’s in general so any input would be greatly appreciated. And also thanks for the thorough overview of the gun too.

How big is the quad rail?
@jackburton7959
@jackburton7959 Жыл бұрын
13 inch. It does protrude a couple inches in front of the front sight post, and it covers the bayonet lug. It is very rigid, quite robust. It isn't too heavy out of the box, but with a suppressor out front, it's a wee bit front heavy. (Sandman S)

That buffer is noisy…is that normal?
@boopy123

IDK about "normal" but I had that same thing with a cheaper lower, but once I lubricated the buffer and buffer spring and charged it back a few times the noise went away completely.

Cool gun, I hate the trend going on the past couple years for people hold their thumb instead of griping in the pistol grip. I don’t like that because in real life scenarios and or self-defense no way anybody be shooting like that. I would practice like you play like it’s game time. Especially this case but shouldn’t need to since the guns in vise . Just another trend. I get why people don’t want to pull the gun when they put pressure on the trigger,

I only do that when its in a vice to help me not push on it. But I agree train how you fight.

Lol slow down Rambo. Dudes literally shooting from a vice slow fire. Pretty sure you wouldn’t be doing that in a self defense situation either. I’ve done it plenty of times hunting though.
