I'm a purist when it comes to original music and artists, but this cover is fantastic. Who is this woman! She sounds a blend of Adele and Amy Winehouse, but totally unique. Such soul! I am a fan. This is such a beautiful cover of one of my favorite bands that I hadn't heard in some time. It brought back so many good memories. My own sob story is that I was a teenager when INXS was in their prime and my parents would never let me go to concerts until I was about 16 years old or so (they weren't happy then, either) and I had bought tickets for my best friend and I to see INXS and sadly, Michael Hutchence passed away just a few months before they were to start their next North American tour. I was very sad that I wouldn't get to see INXS, but was even more sad that this world lost such an amazing person who had so many more stories to tell through his songwriting and music.

Paloma us just exquisite… her creative role in her videos , her voice… and her expressions and languid body movements are flawless. I love the fact that she presents herself and her music with a commanding respect that doesn’t need nudity/ crudeness or shock value. A true artist in every sense. Her look is mesmerising. This song and it’s version needs to be incorporated in a splendid cinematographic creation with her somehow performing it in the story line… something with finesse, soul, creativity and a brilliant haunting storyline line. INXS is STILL my fave band and I’m highly critical of covers of theirs but she did it justice. Had never heard of her but they were comparing this version on the Bishop Briggs version.
