Only use double dose of adenosine if the first dose did not cause AV nodal blockade (i.e. flat line). If you got a flat line, the adenosine did its job. If they come back still in SVT, try the same dose again or use something different. Only double the dose if there was no AV nodal blockade.

I just watched the first video on PALS meds and it states that Calcium is indicated for low Mg or low K. It is actually indicated for hyper Mg and hyper K.
