Speaking as a newer player (in my first league), I plan my hundreds-of-divine builds around having crafted movespeed because fuck getting the veiled mod I want. Boots are evil.

IMO fracture life base might be slightly better. Would need to spend a bit more essences but the odds are not that bad. And it will mostly be offset by the cost of base. Then there's the benefit of guaranteed prefixes.

T1 life is just 30 hp more than the crafted one. T1 spell suppress is the best for sure. Prefixes is ez on boots.

@@austin8313 If you account chance of using exalt when getting t1 spell suppress then it's a lot better. Another thing is getting single state base so the suffix pool is lower. I crafted multiple pairs of these boots mid league when fishing for life regen. I might be lucky but they are not that expensive, most sell from 6~15 div depending on the rest of prefixes at that time. So I'd argue it's really not that hard to make.

Hitting a t1 res and t1 suppress is about 5.5k essence on average without a fractured suffix, it goes to 76 essence on average with frac suppress and 141 essence with frac res, if anything going by your logic you should start with a frac res of your desire not life, and as long as you dont get unlucky you would save ~ 1 div on suffix costs The base cost of a frac life base is not offsetting the 5.5k essence costing at least 100 div to hit suffix, especially when you can just outright buy boots like that for anywhere under 20 div

Yes in this particular case it's minimal upgrade. But for someone who want chill/onslaught and freeze immune and life on boots then that's a different story. That's why I said "might be" but not definitely. Also prefix is only easy if you want guaranteed two desired mods and settle. For all 3 specific mods that's still quite expensive to make. Again not everyone need 3 specific prefix.@@sunnykwan5630
