Depends on how much of it you consider the "intro"... the beat seems much the same, I'll give you that, and that's the first thing you hear in both, but it doesn't take long before you hear the differences, and both "intros" are longer than just the bit they share. I don't even think its a copying thing, I think it's just how both the songs are constructed, they both start off with the beat part - not unusual, it's common for tracks with an intro to strip away elements of the music and introduce them in a layered way like that.
