@@nikosquared4123 Not true. He has showcases of 20 base pal setups, which is not default. You'll also notice the slider when he's in palbox, which leads me to believe he's got it set to 50 base pals right now. Beyond that, I do agree.

Would Celestial Emperor replacing Impatient make Holy Burst even more deadly? Or is it best to keep with Serenity/Impatient and have the flexibility of mixing elements? Tbh I'm kinda liking the idea of switching active skills to suit whichever boss your battling...the way I bred JIgnis made it come with Water, Electric, Fire attacks and Holy Burst

I would keep impatient for the flex. I don't think Celestial would add any dps when using water skills as well.

you give them Sand Tornado... but does it kind of suck? The DPS chart you composed had Sand Twister high up, but Sand Tornado is not on the list at all

Sand Tornado can be bought from merchants so no skill fruit tree farming. It also does good damage to the huge raid bosses, same as flare storm (fire tornado) vs bellanoir libero.

Any pal that has holy burst can pass it, so Lullu, Selyne and Yakumo can all pass it down to other pals.

@@RodrigoOliveira-zn1ji It doesn't always pass. You also want the pals to be as low level as possible with less skills because they can also pass on skills that aren't equipped but the pal knows.

It is not the best for each specific fight, but it is the best overall pal for the late game if you want to focus on 1 pal first. Other options are Selyne, Shadowbeak, Bellanoir Libero, Orserk, Anubis, Jormuntide as examples.

I'm breeding lullu with penking to pass the holy burst ability to blazehown and then mate with jourmuntide and get an ignis with holy burst but I've already done several and increased their level but it doesn't come with the holy bust ability at all none, do you think it is some configuration of my server?

You will see if the pal has Holy Burst already at level 1 when it is hatched.

@@ProfessorPenking ryu is dragon/lightning iñat 2nd stage, what element in specific does ignis resist in the 2nd phase that he doesnt resist in the 1st? Because i imagine youre saying since he's dragon type y resist dragon type dmg(also since he's fire he cant get burned) but he also reisists that in the 1st phase so am i missing something as to why you specified that on the 2nd phase?

It resists the two elements of Ryus Phase 1. In phase 2 Ryu still uses Dragon/Fire skills as well as electric, so both Jignis/orserk resists 2/3 in phase 2.

Using level 1 parents with holy burst will give it around 50% of the time.

Depends on the size of the target. I believe Sand Twister is better against Ryu, but I have not done a complete test yet.

Not so fun fact: there's already a holy burst skill Fruit in the game files. Pocket pair just decided to not make it available for some reason. The Palworld databases even show that there is one.

It really annoys me that some skills are so unbalanced that they are still stronger than anything else. No element counter, no stab bonus and yet, brr half boss hp gone A lot of skills need a major rebalance

@@Tymegum The parent needs to have holy burst, and can be bread down to offspring that otherwise CANNOT acquire it otherwise, no skill fruit, isn't capable of learning it. Only way to get a knocklem with holy burst active skill is breeding from a parent that had it. Takes a lot of breeding to get an offspring with this active skill passed down all the way to perfect IV, perfect passive, holy burst active pals. So yes, RNG chance at every single step. Hope that helps answer your question, it is worded a bit vague.
