for the night and the cold, no need for the torch, if u have a fire pal in ur party, throw it out, it will light up the area and give off heat, basically a self walking torch.

that's a good alternative, but it's always nice to have a torch if you want to have a different type of pal out and still have light.

You can tame vixys and they will dig and find spheres for you when placed in the ranch. I have 2 of them and havent made a sphere since lol.

My advice: Take your time building your homestead and leveling up because the first boss is pretty tuff even with a guardian pal.

Not if your on official if you get in sever that is new place a palbox asap cuz they get capped in minutes and you will be leaving and find you can’t place any more bases on sever so that is the issue with official rn

work speed is a dead stat. The only stats you should be investing in your character are HP, stamina, and weight.

I found if you put a chest beside a structure it easy to get them to put the stone mostly in one test. Repeat for wood, I just wouldn't build the stone site and the wood site right side by side to keep the pals focused. I also built my berry patch and wheet field in the same area and maybe 3 berry farms was too many, because I have 2 or 3 water type pals but they do seem to have trouble with getting the watering done. hmmm, Maybe I should use the elephant I think he just does water stuff that might help keep him focused.

The issue with placing pal boxes on servers is kinda fuked like we got one down but no more can be placed and we found a bunch of random pal boxes down with a level 2 chikipi and just a pal box nothing else and it prevents us from placing anymore on sever so I hope they are able to address this by allowing guild who already have a pal box down to place others on the map

Just a little extra tip. Instead of killing extra Pals. you can double dip their loot drops by capturing them first then using the cleaver to Buchter them

Be very careful where you set your base. I placed mine in a place that randomly spawns two mammoths fighting each other. Had it happen three times yesterday. Had to move my base.😂

Idk about late game but I’m in the early-ish game after defeating the first boss and melee weapons already aren’t doing much damage anymore

I've levelled into the mid 30s 3 times now (playing community servers) and metal spear on a wolf is by far my fastest and most fun way to level. Load the wolf up with a few high cd big damage abilities as an oh shit button, get pals with vanguard/stronghold for the other slots. Don't worry about ammo, just charge in at hyper speed and stab stuff into staggered submission. Pocket crossbow or musket if you need it. The wolf can get you in and out of any situation and even get you through a surprising amount of water bodies without issue.@@juveintheusa6261

Don’t waste your points on work speed. Your pals do almost all of your crafting. Stamina is way more important.
