Different States have Different regulations here,and the rules are always changing, so it depends on where you are and the existing regulations.I was required to wait for 21 days after arriving in my State. Nothing is same everywhere.

Congratulations and welcome!! You are lucky in getting your ssn, what state are you in though?? Cos am in New York and was denied the ssn until I get my work permit.. I know other folks in other states who were denied as well... Also I think it will be best to link your husband's financial account to your KZbin adsense, you are not allowed to earn any sort of income under a k1 visa until u get your work permit.. KZbin depending on how much they pay you will report your earns to IRS for which u have to pay taxes on and technically you're not allowed to earn so u shouldn't be paying taxes

Oh OK and to clarify, you can earn but it shouldn't be from an American company and directly to your name... Else you are obligated to pay taxes on that income in your name... And if uscis finds out you are paying income taxes under a k1.. It could harm your AOS.. So best to direct your KZbin earnings into someone else account who can pay income taxes

Hi Pamela, so with your social security number you can actually work even if you don’t have the ID/driver license. There are employers who allow you to work with the restriction on your SSN, they’ll use your passport for an ID. That was the case for my husband as well, we’re still waiting on his work permit but he has been working with his socials and passport as ID for the past 8 months.You can reach out in case you need more details. No it will not because a fiancé visa is considered an immigrant visa which is why they give you an SSN in the first place. When filling out the AOS form just put the SSN number you already have, that way when it goes through they don’t have to issue another one, they’ll just remove the restriction on it. I’m not sure when exactly you came into the country from the day this vlog was posted but you can apply for a job using your SSN number, your passport for ID and your I-94 form. When applying for the AOS still fill out the AED form together. Since Things are really slow right now, you can be working while waiting for all of that to go through
