I have two questions. Is the rolled buttercream icing easily eaten with the cookie and also about the little cute things added. Do you worry someone will break a tooth? I worry because some of the pearls that are large scare me too. I made this today and will do some things with it today and tomorrow to see how it does, with guidance in your video. Your amazing! You need to train all these people on phones everywhere for customer service calls how to speak clear and slower so they can be understood easily! LOL. thank you for your talent and your sharing.

Thank you so much for your tutorials! One question. There were 2 recipes for your rolled buttercream. One had 4 sticks of butter, 2 TB corn syrup & 2# powdered sugar. The other one had 2 sticks of butter, 3 Tb corn syrup & 2# powdered sugar Just wondering which one is correct? (Both had the 3t extract , 1 tsp white coloring). Thank you again for your knowledge & the willingness to share❤

I am a cottage act baker & am not allowed to use butter in my frosting. I use all shortening, I promise it’s not gross. Will this recipe work with all shortening.

I much prefer your rolled butter cream over Royal Icing, however I used RI to write on my cookie & the RI never really dried hard so the writing stuck to the plastic bag. Do you know what would have caused this? (P.S. I used RI because I don't know how to write with Butter Cream. I only bake for family.)
@pamkennedybakes36496 ай бұрын
You need to let the Rolled Buttercream crust 12-24 hours before using Royal Icing. Then another 10-12 hoursfor it to dry. Dust with cornstarch before packaging. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y2bTgXp5ndmrpK8si=QwG8zibswGLU1IB-
