She’s a very good food guide. I like when foreign vloggers get locals to guide them when trying out local food. There’s nothing more frustrating than watching vloggers try food without understanding what it is they are eating and how they should be eating them.

I would love to see a round 2 of your food trip! Pampanga is considered a melting pot of filipino cuisine.So you are in the right spot if your content is food.

Pampanga aka Angeles City?😊
@FoodXBert4 ай бұрын
Exactly. Pampanga is the province Angeles is in. Clark is a special zone inside of Angeles. Its just a little bit confusing.

@@ramuelfernando take it for me I'm a street vendor for a long time. I am the one who pioneered selling fried batter quail eggs on the streets. We called it before fried quail egg and our selling price before was only 1peso each. One time in the school I have a customer a mother with her little daughter who goes to the kindergarten school. They stop at me and looks curious about the orange round color and the mother ask me what I'm selling specially the orange round color. I told them it is fried quail egg. Then her daughter said I want to taste it that "kwek-kwek" she told her daughter no it's quail egg. And her daughter say kwek-kwek again because you know as a kid sometimes they are mumble. So from the word quail egg it becomes "kwek-kwek that mumble by a kid since then the name was widely spread thought the corner of the streets specially me who was selling it

Back in my younger days I used to be a streetfood vendor seeling fried food with my cart in front of the school. I'm selling also this fried batter quail egg. But when I was have a customer buying food to eat. With a mom and daughter. The mom ask me what is that I said fried quail egg. And then she told her cute daughter she's around 4-5 years of age and she goes to kinder school she said to her daughter that you want to eat quail egg? And the daughter heard and said what is kwek-kwek?? No it's not kwek-kwek it quail egg. But then again the daughter say it again as a kwek-kwek. from then on it start to spread the name kwek-kwek that came from a mumble of a kid. And that's my story for the name kwek-kwek
