Pan Am Tank Bag, faring removal, seat height adjustment - full video

This is the full version, for some reason only half of it loaded before. If you see an error of that nature let me know - the sooner I know, the sooner I can fix it.
Since helmet cam videos don't work in the rain, this is a quick video on the Pan America tank bag, how to remove the faring (don't blink), and show how the Pan America seat actually adjusts up or down.

Thank you for showing this tank bag's mounting system. I believe you're the first to post a video on it. Now we need to get some more companies manufacturing tank bags for the Pan Am, it's not like most of us have been able to purchase the H-D bag.

@@floridajim I agree, their bags rock! I’d love a Giant Loop or Mosko Moto bag, they are great companies as well. I ended up ordering the H-D Tank Bag, Kane splitting in California I need as slim of a profile as I can get. I’m pairing it up with the H-D Top Box and a Giant Loop Great Basin rack less horseshoe bag. Of course the top box isn’t in yet either. Soon, I hope. 🤞

How tall of a Man are you Bro? I'm considering a Pan AM but I'm a little bit inseam challenged.I have not had the opportunity to see or set on one as of yet.

I'm 5'8" - 9", depending on which convenience store I'm leaving, and have a 30" inseam. I always wear boots riding, and usually rest my weight on the balls of my feet. I do have a slightly wide stance at a stop in general, more for stability than this particular bike (I got hit by a crosswind in Barstow, CA decades ago that blew my Sportster and I over at a stop sign). It sits higher than a Sportster, but no where near as bad as the F800GS I had.

Just got a Pan Am so I'm no expert. I am 6' even and I actually have a little trouble climbing on until I adopted "the cowboy technique", which feels weird if you are used to street bikes but works, you stand on one peg and throw your leg over. Don’t worry H-D has a deluxe tool kit for the P-A. It will set you back a couple hundred.
