Haha, you really need to watch more KZbin if you think that’s the case!!

@@gregatized I’m a huge advocate for using your stuff. So many people keep their bikes in “pristine” condition because they’re afraid they’ll “lose value” on a stupid trade in! Dude, your skid plate says it all. Someday I want to be as cool as you.

Haha appreciate that! These are very capable bikes, it’s amazing the places they can go after a little seat time!

I agree, love the short concise video, lots of surprises like that air filter and broken peg mount. I have already ridden BMW's but I would like one of these but man do the have a lot of problems, side stand, fuel pumps, starting, and many more but most KZbinrs think it's still worth it. I think I'll wait until they work some of the bugs out of it.

Don’t be afraid to test ride one! Unfortunately there are so many good bikes out there that it’s hard to decide on which one to get!

Is the gas tank made out of plastic or metal?

It’s aluminum! Pretty light for how large it is

Maybe the fact that I'm asking this question disqualifies me from hearing the answer, but any tips on learning to wheelie? 😅

I’m by no means qualified to give such advice but I watch the IRC Tire Guy wheelie how to’s on repeat haha!

I hate the air box design, mine takes in dust even with the oiled K&N option

Haha yeah, it’s kinda in the perfect spot to suck up dust & dirt from the front tire

A pre-filter may be a good idea.

I’ll have to give that try! Maybe stuff one in the intake tube

I was looking at buying a Pan American until I found out that you have to remove the gas tank to service the Air Filter (really dumb). Seeing your video I was hoping to see how difficult the gas tank removal proceedure is, sadly your video skipped right over it without showing anything on how to remove the gas tank. Seeing the how HD is using the filter backwards also seems really dumb.
@gregatized Жыл бұрын
Sorry I skipped the steps for ya. The first time removing the tank was annoying but now it’s like any other task. Most modern non-cruiser motorcycles these days require removing the tank for air filters. My Yamaha and Kawasaki were this way as well. Thanks for watching!
@JustAnotherLuke94 Жыл бұрын
Africa Twin is the same. A lot of modern motors have direct feed from the filter. You should look up a Honda gold wing air filter.... Removing a tank and 15 minutes of time is Nothing compared to the 4 hr job that is

@@JustAnotherLuke94😂 the good thing with Hondas is that they just run and run, no maintenance required lol
