പനീർ ബുർജി | Paneer Bhurji Recipe | Scrambled Indian Cottage Cheese Recipe

Paneer Bhurji is one of the most popular Indian dish made with Indian cottage cheese called Paneer. It can be served as a side dish for rice and also can be use as a filling for Sandwich or Bread Roll. This video is about an easy recipe of Paneer Bhurji. Paneer (പനീർ) - 200 gm
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - 2½ Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds (ചെറിയ ജീരകം) - ¼ Teaspoon
Onion (സവോള) - 2 Nos (200 gm)
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - ½ Inch Piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 5 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 1 No (100 gm)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ¾ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Tablespoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - ½ Teaspoon
Capsicum (കാപ്സിക്കം) - ¼ Cup (Chopped)
