Tried this recipe today and it came out really good, probably the best thing I have cooked. Served it with some oven roasted veggies and used garlic butter instead of regular butter for frying. Also used more quantity of spices for the marinade and added some fish masala too, total game changer :)

Added two tablespoons of Corn flour and maida during marination. Fish turned out to be crispy from outside with proper retention of seasoning & spices; while soft and juicy from inside. Loved the taste after these modifications in recipe.

Paprika is a nice touch. Thinking I might also add a dash of cayenne pepper to the dressing combo. I also like the idea of raw onion rings on the side.
